Without customers there would be no business. Your customers are the heart of your business and keeping them happy should be one of your biggest priorities in the business. The best way to keep them happy is by knowing what to stop and what to do more of which you can find out easily from their feedback.
You can try these means to get feed back:

  • Your business social media platforms: Your business Facebook page, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn  are good places to get feedback. You can simply send a broadcast message asking your customers what they think about your services.
  • Adding a feedback sheet to your business website: Adding a feedback sheet on your business website will make it easy for your site visitors to give you feedback without stress.
  • E-mails: Your business e-mail is also a really great way to get customer feedback, all you have to do is place it in a visible corner of your page or site.
  • Polls and surveys: Polls help you to know most customers are more concerned about and what affects a larger number of your customer population so as to know where exactly to put in effort to change and make better for them.
